The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four beautifully appointed double bedrooms, thoughtfully distributed over three spacious levels.

The ground floor (60 m²) features two comfortable double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area. Large balcony doors fill the interior with natural light and provide direct access to the outdoor living spaces, creating a seamless connection between the villa and the beautiful surroundings.

The upper floor (40 m²) consists of a double bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. It offers a wonderful place to begin the day with panoramic coastal views or unwind while watching the sun set over the Cretan Sea.

The lower ground floor (80 m²) offers an additional double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, along with a spacious living room where guests can relax together after a day by the beach. The villa's contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and capsule coffee machine, along with all essential cookware and utensils.

• Temperature Setting | Pool heating can be adjusted to reach up to 28°C, depending on prevailing outdoor conditions. Please note, a pool cover is unavailable.
• Advance Request | A minimum of one day’s notice in advance is required to arrange heating.
• Extra Charges | €50 per day applies.
• Minimum Booking | Pool heating must be reserved for a minimum of three consecutive days, with costs calculated accordingly.
