On the lower floor, there is a playroom with a billiard table, PlayStation, a full bathroom, and a double sofa bed for two additional guests. The villa comfortably accommodates twelve guests.
Stepping outside, you’ll find generous terraces with a 17-meter-long swimming pool (6.5 × 17.3 m, 1.50 m deep and children’s pool 20sqm, 0.40 m deep), an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a comfortable lounge area, and a large dining space with an outdoor kitchen and gas barbecue — ideal for enjoying meals under the open sky. The peaceful surroundings and privacy create a sense of total relaxation.
Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.

At an altitude of only 90 meters, Aggeliana is known for its traditional character and natural beauty.
The villa is within a short distance of a small supermarket (600 m) and two local taverns (500 m and 1.2 km). In nearby Perama, just 2.5 km away, you’ll find more shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other amenities. The seaside village of Panormos, with its sandy beach, restaurants, and shops, is only 5 km away.
The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park your car. For exploring Crete’s beautiful landscapes and beaches, a car is highly recommended.
