Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of an email confirmation and deposit payment (normally 50%).
Full payment is required for reservations made within 60 days of arrival.
The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation terms vary by property and are listed in each property’s description.
In the case of a no-show, the booking is considered cancelled.
All payments will incur non-refundable transaction fees.

Flexible times available upon request and confirmation.
Only the number of guests stated in the booking may occupy the property.
Children count as persons.
Subletting is prohibited.
Properties are cleaned prior to arrival.
Pools are maintained every few days by qualified personnel.
During health restrictions, limited cleaning may apply upon written guest request.
Hellocrete acts as an intermediary and assumes no liability for:
Accidents, injuries, or losses during your stay.
Service interruptions (e.g., water, electricity, internet).
Weather-related or natural conditions such as strong winds, storms, extreme temperatures, humidity, insects, wildlife, or any other natural phenomena that may cause temporary inconvenience or affect the use of outdoor or indoor areas.
Force majeure or unforeseeable events.
Guests are responsible for the property’s care during their stay.
Some properties may require a refundable damage deposit, as specified in the listing. Refunds are processed after the property inspection.
